Chattanooga homes for sale are some of the most desirable anywhere in the United States, and our REALTORS® have the inside track when you're eager to find the one you want.
How do you know when you've found the right community for you? Most people say there's a certain special something that helps them feel like they've finally come home.
It might be a combination of world-class amenities, convenience, leading employers or the best schools. Chattanooga has all of these things and many more, besides.
Thanks to its unique culture and location, you'll also find plenty of features that you wouldn't expect elsewhere. The beautiful and scenic Tennessee River winding hundreds of miles over the landscape is one thing that's remarkable about our city. It provides incredible recreational and athletic activities other places can only imagine.
One of those is the annual Head of the Hooch rowing regatta held right in Chattanooga.
It's perhaps the favorite here at Fletcher Bright Realty – and if you happen to be around to look at homes in the area, you shouldn't pass up the chance to see it for yourself.
If you've been spending all of your free time looking for the perfect home, why stop on trick-or-treat night? As you and your children wander door-to-door looking for ghoulish treats and ghostly fun, you're bound to get a view of Chattanooga homes for sale. You can even wear a costume if you like.
If trick-or-treat househunting sounds too scary for you, our REALTORS® have a better idea. Let us arrange a not-so-creepy tour of the homes you love. Afterward, you and your family can begin your Halloween weekend with Aquascarium. It's just one of the events during the monthlong ODDtober celebration at Tennessee Aquarium.
Friday, October 26, 2018
Aquascarium offers Halloween fun for everyone. It's a great alternative to wandering the streets and knocking on doors for questionable treats. The evening was designed to provide spooky fun... but not too spooky. It's kid-friendly enough for your youngest little ones. All you have to do is put on your costume, show up, and enjoy the Halloween excitement.
Halloween is just around the corner, and if you're looking for a way to scare up some family-friendly fun for the season, we have the perfect solution. Join in the fun on October 19, 20, 26, and 27, 2018 at the Chattanooga Zoo for their annual fright-free event. Our REALTORS® are certain that your entire family will enjoy the activities at Boo in the Zoo, and will leave with memories that will last a lifetime. Mark your calendar, and get ready to experience the zoo like never before.
A fun and different type of Halloween event, Boo in the Zoo offers a safe and exciting atmosphere that everyone can enjoy, and it can be a fun addition or alternative to your regular fall festivities. Imagine an evening of enjoying all the great exhibits at the Chattanooga Zoo with the added bonus of seasonally themed activities.
Going for a walk or run on the scenic streets of Chattanooga is a favorite pastime for many local residents because there is always something beautiful, historic, or interesting to see around the next corner. The 7 Bridges Marathon held each fall in Chattanooga, allows you to see the city from a truly unique perspective. The marathon winds past local landmarks, passes over scenic bridges throughout the city, and features nearly constant views of the Tennessee River. Our REALTORS® have the key details on this year's edition of the 7 Bridges Marathon in Chattanooga.
